Please email your trial balance, in Excel format, to syd@dailybalance.com.

For example, if you use QuickBooks:

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Go to Accountant & Taxes
  3. Go to Trial Balance
  4. Enter the date range for the most recent closed month
  5. Export the report to Excel and save it to your desktop
  6. Email it to us by attaching it to the email

Once received we'll begin work on your Industry Comparison Report.  In a day or two we'll send you the report.  We'd like to get it to you instantly, but it takes a human to craft the report.

Favorite task Number one to me is that I enjoy working with all of my clients, meeting their needs and answering their questions. I think bank reconciliations are my favorite detail task because they provide closure to each month's financials. I love every aspect of coming to a completion of a company’s books every month because that provides us both with finite information to work with as the year goes on.
