Please email your trial balance, in Excel format, to syd@dailybalance.com.

For example, if you use QuickBooks:

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Go to Accountant & Taxes
  3. Go to Trial Balance
  4. Enter the date range for the most recent closed month
  5. Export the report to Excel and save it to your desktop
  6. Email it to us by attaching it to the email

Once received we'll begin work on your Industry Comparison Report.  In a day or two we'll send you the report.  We'd like to get it to you instantly, but it takes a human to craft the report.

Favorite task: My favorite task is reconciling bank statements, because it is almost like a game of hide and seek. I love looking through the statement to make sure everything has cleared to date. Also, if something posts to the bank statement that is not on the ledger I love researching to find out what it is.
